It is 65 minutes long which I think is just right and it was just released January 5th, 2010. I think this DVD would be great for kids as young as 1 years old and it is basically a great collection of Barney favorites. It is also cute because the DVD begins with Baby Bop forgetting her manners, and Barney teaches the importance of being polite. It has since been released on VHS and DVD. The following year, reruns were broadcast on Arutz haYeledim (, The Children's Channel) and later reran on Channel 33 and Hop. The show premiered in November 1997 on Israel's Channel 2. Upon this channel are a bunch of Stu-u-upendous treats and surprises that every avid Barney fanatic will enjoy. Hachaverim Shel Barney (Hebrew:, lit: Barney's Friends) is the Israeli co-production of Barney & Friends. He teaches the importance of manners, playing nice with others, and more! There are 19 Barney songs throughout the DVD, with my favorite “Clean Up.” Honestly, Barney is not one of my favorites to watch, but he does teach good values and the music is catchy. Welcome to 'PurpleDinoBarney', where Barney is one thing I know a lot about. Gavin loves the music and singing and I love the great Barney themes. Now my 3-year old definitely does not like Barney as much as Gavin, my 18 month old.
